Back on the issue.. read my mail..now outlook and putty both are ready..logged in to check…could make out something by the log…called up Mahesh, hey dude…there is some issue with the portal what I shud do…dude that’s pretty simple it’s their in wiki and follow that..Appa followed and resolved…great relief..
